Return policy

 

Our jewelry is all handmade at our studio with love and care. If you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased in our online store www.nandanewyork.com we accept an exchange for store credit* (one exchange per purchased item only).

Please contact us at info@nandanewyork.com within 7 days of receipt of the item for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Merchandise returned for an exchange must be shipped to our studio within 3 business days from the date that the RA# is issued.

In the event of a valid exchange or store credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item.

Merchandise returned for an exchange must be unworn, unused and must be in original condition as reflected at time of purchase and must have original packaging, sorry no exceptions.

*Store credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase of the original item.

All rings, special orders, custom orders and one of a kind items are final sale, not returnable or exchangeable.

Shipping

 

US Domestic

Items in stock will ship within 3 business days from purchase. If your ordered item is not in stock, we will make the item especially for you and will require 3 - 4 weeks before shipping. All domestic orders will be shipped by UPS with insurance, signature confirmation and tracking.



International

We ship our jewelry internationally. Your order will be shipped by FedEx with insurance and tracking. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $68. Please note international packages may be subject to customs fees and as they are decided by your country’s customs laws, those fees are customer's responsibility to pay and not included in the shipping fee. Items that are unclaimed by a customer, undelivered because of incorrect shipping address and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid for. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages are not eligible for a refund.
