TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Our jewelry is all handmade at our studio with love and care. If you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased from our online store www.nandanewyork.com or from our brick + mortar studio, we accept an exchange for store credit (one exchange per purchased item only), provided the item is not a ring, special order, custom order or one of a kind item.
2. All rings, special orders, custom orders and one of a kind items are deemed “Final Sale” and may not be returned for a refund, exchanged for other merchandise, nor returned for store credit.
3. Merchandise returned for an exchange must be unworn, unused and must be in original condition as reflected at time of purchase and must have original packaging, sorry no exceptions.
4. Please contact us at info@nandanewyork.com within 7 days of receipt of the item for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Merchandise returned for an exchange must be shipped to our studio within 3 business days from the date that the RA# is issued.
5. In the event of an exchange or store credit approved by N+A New York, the Client/Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number and insurance) involved in returning the item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase of the original item.
7. Items selected for in-store pickup must be collected by Client/Buyer within 60 days of notification or are subject to a 5% administrative fee.
8. All agreements and sales shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal disputes with respect to the terms and conditions of sale between N+A, New York and Client/Buyer, as well as deliveries between N+A, New York and Client/Buyer, shall be settled by a competent court of law in the State of New York with venue in Kings County, New York.
Shipping
US Domestic
Items in stock will ship within 3 business days from purchase. If your ordered item is not in stock, we will make the item especially for you and will require 5 weeks before shipping. All domestic orders will be shipped by UPS with insurance, signature confirmation and tracking.
International
We ship our jewelry internationally. Your order will be shipped by FedEx with insurance and tracking. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $68. Please note international packages may be subject to customs fees and as they are decided by your country’s customs laws, those fees are customer's responsibility to pay and not included in the shipping fee. Items that are unclaimed by a customer, undelivered because of incorrect shipping address and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid for. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages are not eligible for a refund.
